DataCapture SSO: User List & Patient Crosswalk
Creating the User List
1. Login to https://athenanet.athenahealth.com/1/85/login.esp.
2. Click the gear icon at the top.
3. Select User under Admin.
4. Select Users from the Practice Links on the left side of the screen.
5. When the Find User page appears, click Search.
6. Export the full list to Excel.
7. Save the file as ClientName_athenaUserList_DDMMYY, and send to your Aesto Health Project Manager (PM).
Creating the Patient Crosswalk
- Login to https://athenanet.athenahealth.com/1/85/login.esp.
- Click on Reports at the top.
3. Click Report Builder (This may take a few minutes to load).
4. Select Patient Demographics, and click Single-Practice.
5. Expand the Patient section.
If you are coming from CPSI, use version B. All other legacy systems should use version A:
6a: Click Legacy Patient ID (Note: It may be named some variation of Legacy Patient ID or Historical Patient ID.).
Click the arrow to push it to the column on the right.
Then click Patient Enterprise ID (athena number).
Click the arrow to push it to the column on the right (Note: These fields must be in this order!).
Click Next.
6b: Click Patient CPSI Legacy Profile Number.
Click the arrow to push it to the column on the right.
Then click Patient Enterprise ID (athena number).
Click the arrow to push it to the column on the right (Note: These fields must be in this order!).
Click Next.
7. Expand the Patient section.
Choose Patient Age.
Click the arrow to push it to the column on the right, then fill in patient age 0-999.
Click Run Report.
8. Select Comma Delimited Text (CSV), uncheck Show Totals, and click OK.
9. Save the file as ClientName_PatientCrosswalk_DDMMYY, and send to your Aesto Health Project Manager (PM).
