The Keys to Smooth Sailing

Delivering data on time to Aesto Health is crucial to ensuring a smooth transition to your New EHR.  

Effective communication with your Legacy EHR Vendor is a critical piece of maintaining a well-structured project plan. 

Pre-Go-Live Date Plan:

  1. Allocate appropriate resources for all client-designated tasks to be performed within Aesto Health tools (i.e., MPI Cleanup, Data Validation, and Quality Assurance).
    These are in addition to tasks to be performed within athenaOne.
  2. Complete all prerequisite athenaOne table build work on time.
  3. Set expectations with your clinical staff, providers, and key stakeholders on workflow impacts and managing gaps in data.

Post-Go-Live Date Plan:

  1. Close your encounters and complete all legacy EHR documentation entries in accordance with your project plan.
  2. Make appropriate plans to deliver post-go-live data to Aesto Health. If applicable, premium imports and your DataCapture archive will be delivered post-go-live using the final dataset.
  3. Allocate appropriate resources for all client-designated tasks to be performed within Aesto Health tools (i.e., MPI Cleanup, Data Validation, and Quality Assurance).
