Fulfillment Policy

The following is a list of Aesto Health’s Fulfillment policies.

Please refer to your specific Master Services Agreement, Statements of Work and Change Orders for additional details regarding these terms.

Refunds

All fees are non-refundable after payment is received. The exception is if Aesto Health cannot complete a project as described in the Client’s Statement of Work. Refund amounts are determined by what can/can’t be delivered and how much work has been performed to date.

Deliverables

Service deliverables are performed according to the Client’s Statement or Work and associated project plan. Contracted deliverables are updated via a Change Order form agreed to by both the Client and Aesto.

Returns

Aesto Health provides professional services and ongoing software-as-a-service (SAAS). Once performed, these services cannot be returned. See the Refund Policy above for more info.

Cancelations

Unless stated otherwise in the Client’s Statement of Work, a Client may cancel a recurring subscription by giving Aesto Health written notice of its decision not to renew a minimum of sixty (60) days before the expiration or termination of their Initial Service Term or a renewal term.
