Product Support Associate

Job Overview

Aesto Health is seeking a Product Support Associate to provide outstanding customer service for our clients on the front line. We seek personalities who love interacting with clients in many different technology environments.

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: 

  • Provide outstanding customer service for all inbound inquiries from our customers, both internal and external
  • Support onboarding of new customers by facilitating setup tasks and troubleshooting issues
  • Mange client-specific support-related projects assigned by the IT Team Lead
  • Actively manage assigned tickets to ensure daily updates and proactive internal follow up are performed
  • Research and resolve difficult and complex problems
  • Technical knowledge sharing
  • Set up, transfer, and restore databases of varying types
  • Import and export data to and from multiple data sources
  • Perform a variety of tasks surrounding document conversions
  • Work with Software Development Team Lead on assisting in the testing and documentation of major features and system updates
  • Collaborate with customers and project managers to ensure the project progresses and completes on time
  • Apply and update application configurations
  • Perform additional responsibilities as defined by the IT Team Lead

Skills and Experience

  • Possess a passion for product support and for providing world-class customer service
  • A self-starter who takes the initiative, is open-minded, and a team player
  • Displays integrity and accountability
  • Experience with at least one remote access tool
  • Understanding and knowledge of common software platforms such as MS Office
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Solid knowledge of Windows 10 & 11
  • Knowledge of SQL and SQL Studio
  • Expertise in Windows Server 2019, and 2022, Microsoft Active Directory
  • Background in working with workstations and servers in a networked environment
  • Possess a variety of technical skills
  • Need to be detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
  • Formal knowledge of relational databases
  • Familiar with best practices and standard DBA tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Reliably work remotely on deadline-driven tasks

Education

  • A degree from an accredited university or a minimum of one to three years of related professional experience
