Job Overview

The Project Associate works in tandem with Project Managers and performs duties that support the completion of EMR (Electronic Medical Record) data migrations projects. The Project Associate participates in all phases of the data migration process. The Project Associate will be responsible for the setup, organization, training, and quality assurance for clients’ data migration projects.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist Project Manager with clerical duties throughout data migration projects
  • Collaborate with Data Services resources and other Project Associate team members on technical issues from identified to resolution
  • Support Project Manager in identifying statuses of tasks, issues, and problems for weekly client project status calls and report findings to the appropriate Project Manager
  • Host and manage client calls, as needed
  • Educate clients in processes and procedures related to data migration and quality assurance
  • Conduct client-facing training throughout the data migration process
  • Conduct Quality Assurance reviews according to Aesto Health’s Standard Operating Procedures
  • Participate in new team member on-boarding, as needed

Education

  • A degree from an accredited university or a minimum of two years of related professional experience
